  • Matt Miller is Targeted PetCare’s Chief Executive Officer bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across consumer-packaged goods, retail and the pet industry. As CEO, Matt is responsible for our team, strategy and the financial results of the company. Prior to joining Targeted PetCare™ in 2018, Matt held senior leadership roles with Big Heart Pet Brands, Del Monte Foods, Safeway Stores, Inc., and the Nestle Purina Pet Food Company. Matt earned his MBA from Arizona State University

  • Deepak Chichili is Targeted PetCare’s Chief Financial officer bringing extensive experience in P&L management and has an in-depth FP&A background. As CFO, Deepak is responsible for finance, accounting and IT functions of the company. Prior to joining Targeted PetCare™ in 2019, Deepak held leadership roles with Sovos Brands and Big Heart Pet Brands. Deepak earned his MBA in Finance & Strategy from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and earned a PH.D in Engineering from John Hopkins University.

  • Brian Quinn is Targeted PetCare’s Vice President of Marketing bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across consumer-packaged goods, retail and the pet industry. As VP, Brian is responsible for marketing strategy, product innovation, and brand management for the company. Prior to joining Targeted PetCare™ Brian held leadership roles with PetSmart, Henkel, and H&H Group. Brian earned his BA from Loyola Marymount University and MBA from The University of Southern California.

  • Greg Austin is a Division President of Targeted PetCare™ responsible for Pet Brands and Targeted Pet Treats. In this role, Greg brings 20 years of leadership and operations management experience. As president, Greg is responsible for the team, operations and the financial performance of both operating companies. Prior to joining Targeted PetCare™ in 2018, Greg was President of Targeted Pet Treats and held various leadership roles at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, Big Heart Pet Brands and Del Monte Foods. He earned a BS in Business Administration from North Carolina AT&T State university.

  • Kevin Arnold is the General Manager at BPV and has 30 years of Executive leadership in a variety of industries including manufacturing and healthcare. As GM, Kevin is responsible for the team, operations and the financial performance of BPV. Prior to joining BPV in 2018, Kevin held various leadership roles at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. Kevin earned a master’s degree in management from Aquinas College and a master’s in clinical psychology from the Center for Humanistic Studies.

  • Tony Jones is Targeted PetCare’s Executive Vice President of Operations bringing more than 20 years of leadership in manufacturing and supply chain experience in the food and beverage industry. As EVP of Operations, Tony is responsible for manufacturing, sourcing strategy and supply chain to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the TPC portfolio. Tony is also responsible for the sWheat Scoop operating company. Prior to joining Targeted PetCare™ in 2019, Tony held various leadership roles at Rise Baking Company, Treehouse Foods & Kahiki Foods. Tony earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration, management at Texas A&M University.

  • Carolyn Belloni is Targeted PetCare’s Chief Sales Officer bringing extensive sales and trade marketing experience across consumer-packaged goods and the pet segment. As CSO, Carolyn is responsible for growing current business and accelerating new opportunities with strategic partners. Prior to joining Targeted PetCare in 2021, Carolyn held leadership roles with Big Heart Pet Brands, Natural Balance and JM Smucker Co. Carolyn earned a B.S., in Business Administration at the University of San Francisco.

  • Mindy Giacoletti is the Vice President of Human Resources for Targeted PetCare™ and the Business Operations Manager for BPV in Grand Rapids, MI. Mindy brings a depth of experience in the Human Resources discipline. She is responsible for HR services, employee strategy & policy development across all operating companies within Targeted PetCare™. Prior to joining Targeted PetCare™ in 2018, Mindy held various leadership roles at AccessPoint Human Resources and Mary Free Bed Rehabilitations Hospital. Mindy has a master’s degree in Public Administration in health care from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Health Science from Grand Valley State University.

  • Christine Hoffman is a General Manager at Targeted PetCare™ responsible for Pestell Pet. She brings over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and almost two decades in the Clay & Alternative Litter categories. Christine joined the organization responsible for purchasing and scheduling and has held progressive roles ever since. As GM Christine, is responsible for the team, operations and the financial performance of Pestell. Prior to joining Targeted PetCare™ Christine had a successful career in the tire manufacturing industry. Christine has a diploma in Business Administration from Conestoga College and specialized credentials in purchasing and supply chain.
